| Company Information | This being a totally new project, I am looking for an investment partner. We have not yet finalized the startup costs but our main cost will be in the advertising and the design of the comic layout etc. We currently are a team of 3 which covers the website implementation, ther Design which covers the graphic content of both website and publication and thirdly the writer. Once we have established the financial startup costs and get an investor we will be looking for a promoter for the promotion of the entire concept from start to completion.
For the investment part we will offer a percentage partnership or a repayment of the innitial investment. This will be negotiated at the time of investment. The same will apply to the promotional investor. We will negotiate either an set fee or a percentage partnership. |

| Description | I have an idea for a new look/feel comic strip/animated flash movie/animated bigscreen movie. It is something to blow away barney, sponge bob and all other current kids shows. We are progressing way too quickly in our day to day life and kids are (I believe) a little more intellectually advanced than what is portrayed in those shows. |
