I have quotes for $25-$50k for this website to be created the way that I want it and there are ongoing fees for for the website because of the functionality that I want it to have. I'm looking for a partner to finance my idea and become a partner. Eventually this will be an extremely profitable website. Franchising should help recapture start up cost immediately. OR I would also consider partnering up with an IT professional that can build this website. But would hopefully come in with some money as well as there are other cost associated with this start up. This website will be set up with a franchise business model. More to be explained upon signing of a confidentiality agreement.
