The person I would like as a partner would be environmentally concerned. He/she would have good people skills, have capital and be prepared to learn, hire & train agents. If the energy used by our populations is not reduced we are all going to suffer badly in the future. This business lends itself to franchising or agency for its workforce. Our systems will work best in hotter climates, but with modifications will work in other climate types. Checking a building for energy losses is time consuming and proposals to visualize & rectify problems require training. With US and Australian unemployment levels soaring many qualified folk will be keen to work for themselves in this exciting & rewarding field. |

| Description | This business is about 1 yr old. We reduce energy consumption (power)because in the Philippines huge waste occurs. Like running air-cons with the windows open.
Our last audited efforts saw a better than 40% reduction. Our ideas are different, you have to be when resources are very limited. We know that savings in the order of 60% are possible, with products from the United States. Unfortunately the most effective combinations are not used by Energy Efficiency companies. We are now ready to expand. Australia offers huge possibilities, the govt is handing out grants & interest free loans. I haven't seen Obamas proposals. The main thing is that energy consumption has to be reduced, or we all suffer the GHG emission consequences. Pls call |
