| Position Information | First, this is low pay to start and lots of work, pay will be based on a commission against sales at first; however there is huge upside if we can make this work not only for ourselves and families but our community and organizations we desire to support. This is not MLM! I promise! It is a bricks and sticks type of business providing a real service to real clients (yes, legal of course). This can be started PT or FT.

I am looking for a person who has these attributes to start something greater then ourselves. The right person for the position will get a percentage of ownership, increasing with time based on the success of the business and the person. Would desire someone with contacts in the medical/healthcare/nursing home industry, preferably someone that has a marketing and sales background in these industries, some P&L experience and some knowledge or experience in the service/maintenance/construction business, but not absolutely necessary. We will both be wearing a lot of hats starting this off until we can build a great team around us, but it’s going to be a lot of work, sometimes Ill push you, sometimes you will have to push me. It’s all about commitment to the vision, the desire to thrive and to build this business as a team. We will be starting this on a shoestring, no big bank accounts available (at least not mine), no trust funds to fund startup, just plain old hard work. Doesn’t matter if you are a woman, man, minority, stay at home mom, employed, unemployed, etc. preferably just not incarcerated. If you have read this far, congratulations!
