Company Information	Pathways to Another Option is a nonprofit organization established to train low income individuals that are currently unemployed. Vocational training is provided along with professionalism training and referrals to employers that offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package. Pathway’s equips adult learners with the procedural knowledge needed to be proficient and secure in their selected vocational skill. Low income individuals will also consist of Seniors, Disabled Veterans, Homeless, Welfare, Disabled, Felons, Prior Criminal Record, Retired, Under-trained, Military, Post rehab and Unemployment recipients. Goal: Develop self sufficient, skilled professionals in our community and place them with employers offering competitive salaries with comprehensive benefit packages. Pathways continuously promotes volunteering within the community. The overall result will inject commerce, support and assist in repairing our great country, one community at a time.
Position Information	Interested in Board Member position. Expertise in Accounting, Business Development, Finance, Public Relations, Strategy/Planning, Nonprofit Legal, Curriculum Development. Other Board Positions and volunteer positions within the company are available.
