Contract.
Established luxury home builder is looking for an "Angel Investor" to capitalize a small project. Investment parameters are between $400,000.00 and $1,500,000.00. Initial capital will be returned in under 120 days. For use of the capitalizition funds, the Investor/Partner will receive 60% net profit on the project until 20% ROI ($300,000.00) is achieved. An additional 40% of net profit will also be paid to the investor upon completion of the project. $450,000.00 Estimated total payout |
