My web designer is creating a Web TV Platform with pre-paid member login system and having many types of members. After a couple weeks, he thinks some 'Free Member's will contribute a lot to the website and decide to make them special - 'VIP Member'. Therefore he have created special items(i.e. Live Caribbean Television & Radio Content on their TV and PC via Live Web Streaming as seen at http://www.caribcast.tv) that only can be accessed by those 'VIP Member's.
