Company Information	Aero-Environmental Consulting was established in June 2002 to provide a wide range of environmental consulting services including asbestos, lead, microbial inspections, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. We currently provide these services in the Monterey, Santa Cruz counties as well as the entire Bay Area. We have an extensive range of clients such as restoration/abatement contractors, realtors, property managers, school districts. We are currently looking to expand our operations into other geographical areas such as San Luis Obsipso, but we would also like to acquire as a business partner an individual with extensive experience in Phase II ESA, soil and groundwater investigations, and indoor air quality surveys.
Position Information	We are looking for a business partner with experience in the areas of hazardous material testing, management, and consulting, soil and groundwater investigations, and indoor air quality surveys. Ideally this candidate has been in the industry for several years and does not mind relocating to the Monterey/Santa Cruz area.
