Job Description The role of this position is to actively manage and own responsibility for the Account relationship measured as functions of account growth, operational excellence and client satisfaction.

At the strategic level, this person will act as the business lead, owning responsibility for maintaining and growing the account and client relationship. They will provide strategic guidance and insight to the client in how best to utilize Nimblefish to engage their customers, innovate marketing operations and improve ROI. They will provide leadership and accountability to the NF executive team as to account growth, new business opportunities, client satisfaction, internal team deliverables, and overall account profitability.

On a daily basis, this person will be the business lead and primary engager with the client and their partners to facilitate planning, production and execution of program operations with accountability to meeting Client needs and NF goals.
Skills & Requirements Specific Abilities: Ideal candidate

• 5-7 years client service experience in a direct-marketing services business
• An additional 5 years experience in client-side marketing program management with personal responsibility for meeting response and revenue goals (8-10 years cumulative)
• Experience directly managing entry-level and mid-level direct reports
• Strategic marketing thinker, with affection for relevance and one-to-one marketing as a tactic in delivering value to customers
