| Company Information | Looking to partner on Hostel venture.
Need partner with either hotel/motel/hostel/sro OR capital to purchase one with approximately 10k sf. Have been targeting San Diego Downtown, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach or Mission Beach. Open to other cities. I have an existing hostel in Downtown San Diego, but the lease is up and we must move. The hostel is currently closed. This prompted us to consider relocation or sale. I am aggressively pursuing both. Here are a few possible scenarios for my hostel: 1. We find a new location and simply move. On this note I am looking for building owners willing to sell or lease their property to me. I will consider sale of my hostel in this scenario but can't speculate price until determining the financials such as lease terms, hostel size, etc. 2. We sell the business name and assets. In this scenario, the purchaser needs a location. If there is an existing location to move into we simply need consider the following: I. A straight purchase with the new purchaser running the show after the sale. II. A straight purchase with my team setting up the hostel, and I would consider staying on after to manage. I could do this until the purchaser hires new management, or maybe stay on a bit more permanently. III. A straight purchase with no property. All goes into storage until a property is secured - a more long term option, but purchaser acquires all materials required to run an 82 bed hostel at a discount, with the name that has been the number 1 or 2 hostel (out of 10) in San Diego.
