| Project Description | We are looking to set up some strategic relationships with Realtors and Mortgage Brokers across the State of California. We are looking for consumate professionals who can assist us in releasing our new; "Stated Income", "No Doc" and "No Ratio" Purchase Money products to the real estate community.
Berkshire Calloway has formed a strategic alliance with an elite consortium of banks in the State of California who have agreed to finance home purchases for individuals whose income is difficult to impossible to verify. In return for the following qualities; excellent credit (700+), an above average down payment (40%) and verifiable reserves (12 months P.I.T.I.), our member banks will provide the buyer with an "A" Paper rate (Average Rate 5.125%) with no pre-payment penalty and no closing costs, as well as an instant preferred client relationship with the bank. We earn our commissions through alternative commission streams which may be contributed to by; the seller, the sellers agent, the buyer and the buyers agent. No commissions are based on A.P.R. or RESPA related fees. We are the only company in California that offers true stated income financing at "A" paper rates. A Platinum Product for a Platinum Buyer. We are interested in working directly with home buyers and realtors in assiting them in getting the financing that they deserve based on their previous track record. We work with mortgage brokers on a referral basis (we offer very lucrative referral fees). Our Target Property Value is; $1,000,000 to $6,000,000 and are primary focus is on Jumbo Loans (although we will work with conforming loans on a case-by-case basis). We are interested in setting up relationships with Producers or individuals with a pipeline of clients that fit our target market.
