Cactus Corner is a concept built upon the needs of the area, evolving from a simple takeout pizza menu to a full service restaurant, café and store with delivery pizza as well as full service catering for private parties. Located on the corner of the coast road and the mountain road in Zacatitos, Cactus Corner will provide accessible and affordable high quality food, coffee-based products, and store goods to the thousands of residents and workers located within a five-mile radius, as well as beach-going visitors. In time, Cactus Corner will establish itself as a "destination" of choice to the many residents of the greater San Jose Del Cabo area, as well as numerous out-of-town visitors traveling the East Cape Road for its unparalleled rugged beauty and immaculate beaches. Not only will patrons be able to dine on "east coast" style wood fired pizza outside under shady pergolas, they can also do so in a facility containing indoor dining space keeping patrons sheltered from the crisp evening breezes during the winter. Our place is on a large 1/4 acre walled in lot with 2300 square feet of buildings to serve our clients. |
