We have developed a line of Snack Bars, all natural with healthy ingredients. The protopyes are currently in production in California and will be ready for the next step real soon. We have a top Health Food consultant on board as well as two food scientists that have name brand food bars on the market. We are seeking venture capital between $250 and $500,000 to bring the line to market. We are offering an equity position in the company for the additional start up capital we are seeking. The goal would be to position the company for a sale to a large consumer food ( public )company. Our consultant has beed involved in the production of at least 100 of these types of start ups.
