Last year we did over 80 homes and the market is still great in Denver if you know where to invest. I am adequately funded to do a few deals on my own, and I am looking for private lenders who want a return of 8%-15% on their money as a passive investor secured by a first Deed of Trust on residential real estate in the Denver area in amounts as little as $50k (cash, 401k, IRA, etc).
