| Position Information | I'm looking for a strong and experienced PHP/MySQL developer to partner with me in developing an application/site that will offered as an Add-on and upgrade to a pre-existing product line that we are already selling. Must be familiar with Open Source offerings, motivated and excited about building something that could impact a lot of people. I'd prefer working with someone who, in addition to being a good developer, can provide ideas and input on how to market and design (not in the graphical sense) the site so that it is user friendly and people actually enjoy using it.
Minimum 4+ years PHP/MySQL experience. Dating site experience would be a major plus (either use or development of) Community and social-networking site experience Experience with Advertising based sites would also be nice. Exposure to Joomla would be nice Your compensation will be a gross percentage of all product sales (our salesforce) plus the same percentage of all ad based revenue in an Ad based companion site.
