My name is Tom Lutes and I am the president of Charitable Events, LLC. My company creates and manages celebrity destination golf events. Currently we are doing these events in the Hawaiian Islands and each event will bring 175-250 players and participants. Recently, we have encountered more east coast based companies that would prefer the Carribean to Hawaii based on the travel distance.
I am looking for a partner/ 50% owner of a Carribean golf event business. Our corporate offices in Colorado handle marketing, sales administrative work etc. But I need someone that is onsite in the Carribean to run tournaments etc. The cost of entry is fairly low at $120K but I want to make sure that the operating partner is invested in the business. .
