| Position Information | I am seeking a partner for my company. I am looking for someone who will contribute with both the work of the business -- at least half-time -- and capital.
I'm looking for someone who is comfortable working in a start up environment, willing to wear many hats and do what is needed at the time to make the business succeed. Our biggest current need is a Technical Support Manager. I need someone with a technical background who also has good people skills. This individual will respond to Technical Support issues by reproducing the issue, assessing how to resolve the issue, communicating with the customer, designing the bug or enhancement request, giving feedback to our software development team, testing the fixes, and oversee other testers and support representatives. This role can move into a variety of full time cash paid positions as the company grows, but the candidate must not need cash income from ProVault for the first year as he or she will be compensated in equity. Ideally this individual will have the experience and skillset required to be our COO, filling in for my weaknesses in legal, finance, HR, general operations, and startup leadership experience. |
