I would like to open up a coffee & dessert shop somewhere in the central CT area. It would be a small shop that would consist of a few large display cases that would offer desserts, such as cheesecakes, brownies, cookies, muffins, etc for purchase. In addition, flavored coffees/lattes would be offered (homemade). And have a variety of jazz music piped in the shop to add atmosphere. There would be no more than approximately 8 to 10 employees. I have dozens of recipes I have collected over the years from friends, family, books, magazines, the internet, etc. Regarding my experience, I've been baking for over 15 years and bake things no one can find elsewhere. Always received great compliments. I cannot invest money, but can offer the product. |
