Business Systems Analyst: Provides expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements. Works independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance related to the business implications of the application of various systems. Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Devises and or modifies procedures or provides information to solve the most complex technical problems related to such areas as computer network or equipment or systems capacity and limitations, operating time, interoperability, and form of desired results, or analysis of problems in terms of user requirements. Produces or reviews artifacts related to enterprise architecture, requirements, methodology, or life cycle. May utilize specialized tools to document user requirements or enterprise architecture requirements. Desired ERP and ITIL experience and certification
