| Description | With 28 years in the restaurant industry (opened 7 as the lead in Manhattan alone) I am looking to secure investment for a restaurant located in Rhinebeck, NY. I currently have a space in mind which was recently vacated. The former owner has taken all the equipment and furniture. Good news is that all electrical, plumbing and mechanical work is already completed. It just needs paint, equipment, furniture and passionate ownership to get it off the ground.
