The club features new sound system, new lighting, 2 outside patios, large bar, Game Room, Lounge Area, multi level dance floor, and a separate Theater Room (seats 100 comfortably) with large stage, DJ Booth, and private bar. I am seeking an individual who can invest a minimum of $175,000 in which $150,000 will be used for the initial payment and $25,000 will be used for advertisements and changes. I will be responsible for paying the rest of the balance owed on the club which will make us 50/50 partners. Or ideally, someone that can pay the full $300,000 and I will pay you monthly payments plus interest to equal half my share of the business. In both scenarios, the 4COP Liquor License can be used as collateral. |
