| Job Description | Opening for an Area Manager in Atlanta, GA to promote and develop a new website www.rentanamigo.com. You will be assigned an area to promote amigos with the best pricing in the market place. Kick off is 1/1/2010. We are going to be looking to new 10-15 area managers.
How you get pay. 1) When you add amigos to use the service (amigos don't mean mexicano only cheap labor) 2) When someone uses the service it will generate a lead that needs to be bid on. You will receive i percent of the profit. We handle all parts of the construction business and can handle any job size job. Also we will be adding another site called www.thegreenpros.com later next year |
| Skills & Requirements | You will stay local to your area, if you want. Must be good with management and handle a number of project at the same time. Building and estimate is a plus, Construction license or 3-5 year experience in the construction area. This position will lead into a general manager position that will oversee 4-6 area managers.
Salary will be base plus commission first year 65-85k. Great position for an real estate agent of someone who has real estate exp. |
