Seeking scilent partner(s) for the purchase of the only existing gas station in a small Idaho town. This station is on a scenic-by-way that is traveled year around to some of Idaho's most prestin national forests. The station has been owned at least 20 years by the current owner and holds contracts with the state, city, county and school district to supply gas etc. Also supplies gas etc to the local federal agencies plus sells fish and game tags and lottery tickets. Other items sold are as follows: RV spaces, Propane, auto parts, and has two out buildings that have been rented for other business.
