| Description | I have been involved in investment real estate for over 20 years. I started out buying and selling single family homes and have now turned my attention to large multi-million dollar transactions. At the current time I have developed a system of buying high demand, large land parcels in up and coming areas of the Western U.S. I use my knowledge and experience to locate and negotiate deals of which I believe are 50% of what a property can be sold for within 6 months to 1 year (although, I do allow for up to three years for resell). Properties are normally seller financed. I am offering 50% ownership in these properties in exchange for down payment, management fee, and possibly some carrying costs. Multi-million profits are available. |
