Company Information	We are specifically looking for two (we'd consider others) more people to round out our management team. Would like a Web Designer and someone who has both design and development experience so they can liaison between the two. Both my business partner and I have full time jobs and so we are doing this all on our free time during the afternoons and weekends. Currently we are developing the back-end. The idea is well conceived, and would love to share it with the right people. In the end we want just good people, both in skill and character.
Position Information	Looking for a developer that knows ruby-on-rails, and a designer with good, clean web design experience. We are not big fans of flashterbation. Anybody with B2B sales experience, particularly in CPM/CPC/CPA advertising sales, would be greatly welcomed. We also would welcome ANYONE who thinks they have something to offer towards a company that will be aimed at keeping family and close friends in touch, and getting them out and together. Isn't this what social networking should be about?
