Rosco's has been a selfemployment goal of mine for ten years. I opened the doors on $3,000 . $1,000 for rent, $850 for insurance, the rest on inventory and utility hookup. Needless to say, I started with a limited inventory. I then took sales from one day and purchased inventory for the next days specials and so forth. I have been in operation since August 1st.We,my fiance and I, commuted 125 miles every day 6 days per week for 5 months, when gas prices soared. Homemade daily specials and pies are my forte. We have customers that travel for the handbreaded tenderloins. We have good items but as I am here constantly, I am burned out and am in need of revitalization-ideas! Due to slow season, funds are limited and I need some ideas PLEASE |
