I am a twenty-five year hotel (business, extended-stay, and luxury class), and real estate management (property management and community association management) professional whom is seeking a new startup partner for a US and internationally-based management and development firm.
In return for financial and other support, I am willing to do everything else needed such as: draft and implement all business and marketing and sales plans and initiatives, set up company's infrastructure, policies, procedures, CSOP's, all companies guides and manuals, etc. This also includes the procurement, screening, hiring, and training of all new employees and additional executive members.
