We have currently completed 7 flips this year and have one on the market, one ready to go on the market in a matter of days and one in the pipline ready to be closed on in mid November. We started by financing one at a time and have worked our way up to 3 or 4 at a time. We have the ability to purchase two at a time with cash and finance two others simultaneously. We buy low and we sell low. Our current marketing time is less than 30 days. Our average ROI is around 23%. We can provide numbers to back this up. This market will only be able to support something as good as this for another 1 to 2 years and we are looking for an investort that wants to reap these same types of benefits. |
