| Job Description | * Coder - a hard core programmer who doesn't care what language is thrown at him/her as long as you get to make it elegant and error free. Must have a strong history of proper documentation.
*Designer - someone for whom CSS is an afterthought and who whips out flash games for fun in your spare time. You care less about platforms and more about what you produce being elegant, easy to use, beautiful and powerful - simultaneously. * Architect/DB admin - someone who will find every way to squeeze all the performance possible out of whatever resources we have to work with at the time, and who can ride herd on the coder and designer when Dave isn't available. (i.e.: Project Management experience.) 5+ years history with web-based systems in multiple languages and platforms. Start-up experience preferred, but not necessary. |
