Investors can invest in this company 1) I have an accepted offer from a broker dealer who requests a refundable retainer of 11,500. Once the project is screened through the due diligence period a commitment letter will be issued and an additional 100,000 is needed to recieve the funds(this amount is also refundable). This process take 3 to 5 months to complete. Once the funds are disbursed the Investor will recieve his initial payment plus 300,000. Also, the investor will receive a 20% ownership in the project. |
