| Job Description | The resposibilities of an RN/LPN will include the following but not limited to these alone:
1. Do Nursing assessments 2. Administer Medications as needed 3. Carryout in-home assessments 4. Help with care plans For a CNA, HHA,PCA,HOMEMAKERS,COMPANION/SITTER. 1. Ability to read & take vital signs. 2. Provide companionship,developing a positive and respectful relationship with the clients. 3. helping keep clients in contact with family, friends and the outside world; 4. Providing transportation to medical appointments, grocery store and errands 5. Conducting routine housekeeping activities 6. Assisting with eating, including preparing food for clients with eating difficulties by cutting or pureeing. 7.Assisting with pet care( if appropriate) 8. Handling money for clients in a responsible manner according to agency policy and keeping records of transactions as required. 9. Responsible for observing, recording and reporting to their supervisor noticeable changes in a client. |
| Skills & Requirements | FOR AN RN/LPN
1. Must have a current RN license. 2. Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience 3. Must be willing to travel 4. Must have a car,two forms of communication 5. Must be willing to work odd hours 6. English speaking, other languages a plus 7. Must be people friendly. For HHA,PCA,HOMEMAKERS,CNA/COMPANION 1. Have current certification if you are a CNA. 2. Must be willing to travel 3.
