Company Information	Encore will be a youth outreach program that uses music and performing arts as a tool to develop the character assets and life skills of children. To fund the educationsal and supplies cost of the programs, Encore will develop and open several business all with the purpose of getting mroe children off the streets.
Position Information	We are looking for well rounded, educated, experienced and spirited minded individuals to help build a Board of Directors that will serve for a minimum of 2 years. The Board of Directors will help establish a first business to financially support Encore as well as establish a great name and level of respect for Encore. The Board will me twice year to over see all aspects of Encore. The Board will help oversee the design, development, opening, and operation of the first business. The first business to be a family fun center featuring an indoor miniature golf course and family dining establishment. The center will also contain room to grow and expand the activities for families to enjoy. The facility with hire 4 paid staff members to overseee and manage the facility at first. All other manpower for the facility will be of volunteers for Encore as well as other organizations in need of a fund raising opportunity.
