Company Information ThinqTeq develops solutions for appointment-driven industries that optimizes calendars to maximize revenues and increase customer satisfaction.

Less than 3% of small businesses who can benefit from an online appointment system have one. This represents a current market of $300M and, with 70% of consumers looking to schedule appointments on-line, there is an untapped market of $4B. ThinqTeq is poised to address the need to manage the influx of appointments.

Primary recurring revenue will be via monthly subscriptions with discounted options for yearly or multi-year subscriptions. Ancillary revenue will be generated by the one-time setup fee and an optional advanced training fee. Ecosystem revenue will be generated through affiliate sales, white box labeling, and API licensing.

Our initial target industry will be the approximately 1.1M dental practices in North America. We then plan to expand into ~1M the personal care / automotive repair small to medium businesses.

Primary research from dental practice owners:

"My cancellation rates are 20% even with appointment reminders. If you could get me to 10% I would be able to work one less day. I would pay $150 / month for your service to handle all my cancellations"

"Automating the cancellation process would solve a big problem. I would pay between $100-$150 / month for your service"
Position Information ThinqTeq will bootstrap over the next 6 months to develop a prototype, capture at least 100 paying customers, and then seek an initial seed of $500K to scale. I am seeking a technology co-founder to develop a minimum viable product so that we can engage with our customer advisory board.

Technology co-founder will be responsible for working with our customer advisory board for the initial prototype technical implementation of the solution:

1. Site development (front to back end)
2. Web services (integration with Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, and Dental PMS calendar systems)
3. Q/A - Testing

Specific experience and knowledge of buidling SaaS based solutions along with integration with popular calendar solutions (Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft Outlook) along with DB2 expertise (Dental Practice Management Systems utilize this old database) is necessary.
