Over an agreed upon period of time, the investor would receive an agreed upon precentage of the profits each month. For example, say the investor puts up $10,000.00 start up monies. Prior to putting up the money we enter a contract for a 5 year period of 5% of the monthly profits. This auction is projected to have a net profit of $19,500 per month. That translates into a profit share of $975 per month or $11,700 per year. Over the 5 year term the investor would receive estimated $58,500 from their inital $10,000 investment. | Description | I want to start up an Auto Auction here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Dealers in the area are even advertising in the paper to buy the publics cars in order to save transportation costs of having to travel to the auction(s) to fulfill their needs for used vehicles. I have a location in mind to set up the auction and there is an existing building on site which would work perfectly for this need.
The auction would charge buyer and seller fees, clean up fees,ect. All costs are pasted on to our dealers and/or public buyers/sellers so the auction would not have to absorb any direct costs other than turning on the lights. I need an investor or partner to help me start this company and we can all prosper from its success. |
