| Project Description | I am seeking a private investor for a business loan at a reasonable rate. I grossed approximately $90,000 in 2006 & 2007 (each year) and will gross approximately $140,000 in 2008. I have no debt on my personal credit other than my mortgage and car payment and have approximately a 700 credit score. I am working on building my Business Paydex score up to 80. I am registered with Dunn and Bradstreet. I am trying to take advantage of the real estate / foreclosure situation in Michigan and need to acquire a business loan so I can have enough funds for a down payment / pay off my car loan, so I will have a better debt / income ratio.
