As an ICES Area Rrepresentative, you will
Receive monetary compensation for every student you successfully place and supervise
Be eligible for incentive trips and bonuses
Provide supervision and support to your students, host families and local high schools
Receive training and ongoing support from Regional Office/Local Field Manager
