With no place withing 10 miles of town offers personal horse boarding at an affordable price, this is a sure success. I would like to purchase land, about 10-15 acres and put up a CoverAll barn connected to a CoverAll indoor riding arena. There is NO indoor riding arena that offers public boarding to horses. The facility would start small and withing a couple years possibly expand. This is a sure investment and there is such a high demand for a boarding facility with a heated indoor arena, especially when we have -60 degree winters. Being a business major and the University of Minnesota-Crookston, I have been looking for a boarding spot for my horse that is close to town for the past 3 years that i have been up here. It is non-existent. So many people are currently looking for a nice facility that would allow them to ride year round and for a reasonable price. I feel like this is an opportunity that is waiting to be executed. |
