I get people lump sums of cash for their future income! I buy secured real estate Notes & similar cashflows. What I don't buy, I investigate for viability, & occasionally refer them to some other investors I work with in the private cashflow sector. There's not much else I can tell You! As a matter of fact, in order to be of any benefit to them, I have to ask them questions...I need to know: what they have for sale? Exactly? Why are they selling NOW? How much cash they need? And what their expectations are? Then i analyze this information... & tell them what I can pay for it. If I can't buy it, I'll take a quick look for somebody who I think can. Or...I'll tell them what's wrong with it & what they can do to make it more salable in the near future, if that's possible! Nothing else really matters, right? |
