| Description | I am looking for a grant or loan to start my Rehab Co. I've already researched opportunities in this field. I am currently a member of the National Assoc.Construction Contractors Corp. This organization helps people like me trying to get bids thru HUD by teaching us how to bid on contracts and run a successful business. I have a Sec. 3 certification which gaurantees a percentage of the bids. I am in the process of enrolling my Co. for the lead safe program. I will be bidding on lead removal from occupied homes. This is the ground work needed to build my Company. I need $10,000.00 to $18,000.00. to cover my Insurance requirements, and some equipment to get started.
