| Description | I am interested in partnering up with a company to bid on some of the commercial projects planned for the NC area. We are a small local company specializing in residential and small commercial construction. Due to the recession in the residential real estate market more and more contractors are bidding on the small commercial projects making it more difficult for us to get the jobs we usually get. I am looking for a larger firm experienced in building hotels, offices and educational facilities looking to expand their company with the hopes of bringing them to the Raleigh area.
