Company Information Worthington Healthcare Consultants was formed to purchase a small medical software company that is currently undervalued in the market. The company is profitable, has an excellent customer base and several software platforms for the Medical Record Deliver Technology Space.

We are seeking a seasoned, energetic and driven, senior leader to serve as the Vice President of Marketing and be responsible for branding and positioning the company to the marketplace as well as driving the companys accelerating growth. Overall the VP of Marketing will be responsible for making it happen both hands-on and through vibrant leadership.

The Vice President of Marketing will report to the President, and as a participant on the executive team, must be prepared to actively support change management, and aggressive and profitable growth.
Position Information 10 plus years of progressive experience in strategic brand marketing ideally coupled with demonstrated success in online and direct marketing environments.

Experience in initiating and building mutually beneficial marketing relationships with third parties and external partners is a plus.

Successful track record of planning, deploying and managing marketing strategies ideally in the healthcare industry a plus.

Description WHC has executed a letter of intent to acquire a highly specialized, medical software company in Medical Record Delivery Technology with a specific focus towards transcription automation, speech recognition and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

The company manages millions of medical records everyday for more than 60 clients with a concentration in specialty practices like Ortho, Internal Medicine, etc. 95% of revenue is generated through medical transcription services; however, WHC seeks to shift 60% of revenue to software sales by 2013.
