| Position Information | I am seeking a CFO with CPA experience for the role of CFO of the company. I won't read your resume unless you are a CPA, and I am giving careful thought to every applicant. It will be a part-time job until capital is raised, although, you will remain CFO. You must be able to dedicate a large amount of time on a weekly basis and live in Charlotte, NC.
