Executive Summary The dream that is the Tennis Hub, is a registered trade name with the state of New Hampshire as of March 19, 2008, and will bring to Southern New Hampshire an exclusive, world class tennis facility. Ultimately, the project will include a 41,000 foot structure with 6 courts and a club house that will enclose a reception area, 4 viewing areas, offices, locker rooms, pro shop, sport training and massage areas, and an eatery. THE HUB will also boast 6 outdoor courts, and potentially a pool in the future. The swimming facility is not included in this plan.
