Provides technical knowledge and skills with specialized data applications, including enterprise databases and ETL tools for data management and data conversion. Can apply principles, methods and knowledge of data-related activities on large-scale programs to provide practical guidance and innovative solutions. Experienced in the IV&V operational environment and generation of technical reviews and assessments. | Skills & Requirements | Experience with managing large-scale data conversion and migration efforts that entail multiple data sources as part of the transformation.
Experience developing and executing business readiness plans for data conversion/migration projects. Experience creating and overseeing a data governance structure at the program-level, resolving data-related issues amongst work streams. Understanding of system interfaces as it relates to data stores and warehouses within an enterprise architecture. Knowledge of supply chain and/or manufacturing data entities, relationships and business process conventions. Ability to determine root cause of data-validation or data-driven defects and develop solution options. Experience providing program stakeholders with visibility into the quality of a data management processes and associated applications that support data-related program objectives. Experience conducting assessments of program status to include identifying relevant data, performing insightful analyses, and presenting cogent findings and experience-based recommendations for improvement. |
