I wish I could do it 100% but I cannot. I could choose to get a Technology Head but then training that person would be a long term assignment. On the other hand getting a *Star* Sales player means - I and he will be a perfect combination to take this business to next level. I am not promising any salary but I can assure you that I have deals in the pipeline and anyone who joins wont have to stay without money for long. Potential is to make $100K and above within the first 12 months and if you are good $250K and above. I have sold about $750K worth of my solutions in last 28 months.
