| Position Information | I am looking for a tech-savvy business partner, preferably from NJ or the tri-state area, with strong web design/development skills to help found a new startup venture that could potentially revolutionize the online job application process.
This individual would be in charge of building the website or managing the process of building it. The individual would ideally be able to advise on best practices for IT / web development. Experience with development or systems management of web-based HR/Recruiting platforms and/or job board websites would be helpful but not required. I could take care of the business planning and marketing, but I need someone who can handle the IT / technical side. The partner would need to live in or near northern NJ. Willing to split business ownership 50-50. The business partner would not be expected to work full-time, so if you currently have a job or a freelance business you could keep it for now. But if you are looking to get out of the rat race by easing your way into a new venture on the side, then this is your opportunity. I have several other ideas for web-based services for different industries that we could discuss for future projects, and I am open to ideas as well. Please contact me if interested! |
