| Description | I am seeking equity partners and investors for new commercial real estate investment venture to acquire undervalued and underperforming properties. Once acquired, these properties will be aggressively and professionally managed to lease up and make capital improvements to create massive increases in valuation. You must possess some knowledge of commercial real estate investing to be considered for an equity partner. Debt partners will receive 10-16% return on investment, depending on amount and terms. Terms will range from 2-5 years and you will receive interest only payments on either a monthly or quarterly basis.
