I have researched the best projects and have been watching prices over the past 2 years. I beleive the prices are at rock bottom. Most bank repo units are selling at less than half the original selling prices of 2006. I am a Realtor licensed in Utah and I am forming a partnership LLC of 1-12 fractional ownership shares per unit.
