Refinancing is needed for freeing up money for investment into annutities, Life Insurance, LTC, etc. Leads are referred to mortgage officers for refinancing. Mortgage officer refers leads back to realtor. EXAMPLE: accountants refer leads to me for financial/estate planning. Accountant gets paid money for lead buying a policy. EXAMPLE: I need a lawyer to draw up a contract for a buy/sell agreement. I refer my lead to the lawyer. Lawyer provides me with lead in exchange.
