| Description | Having very successfully bought large land parcels and subdivided for sales am now looking to create a new approach that includes several land investment endeavors wrapped together into one entity and presented as a tradeable instrument. There is profit from both the presentation of the tradeable instrument and from the sale of the individual parcels. Two important notes: We are presenting significant saleable parcels, not those which are deceptive to perspective buyers as are predominantly on the market.
